IT Support for Undergraduate, Postgraduate Coursework, and Short Course Students

If you require IT support for any Faculty-provided IT system including the computing laboratories, please log a job in the UTS ServiceConnect website.

IT Support for FEIT Research Students

The desktop support team provides high level IT Support to staff and postgraduate research students of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.

There are two ways for staff and researchers to obtain IT support:

  1. Call extension 2222 and ask to speak with a FEIT technician (8:00am - 7:30pm, Monday to Friday during semester and 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday outside of semester); or
  2. Lodge a request at http://serviceconnect.uts.edu.au/

The Service Desk will record your issue in a ticketting system and endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you call extension 2222 you will be answered by an experienced technician who will probably be able to give you the information you need or solve your problem on the spot. If all the phone lines are busy or you call outside of our business hours then you will be directed to an answering service. Please leave a detailed message and a technician will look into your issue at the earliest possibility.
